Before we open our mouths as leaders, our presence aka energy aka vibe is felt by all those that come into contact with us. This presence tells more about us in an instant than words could ever convey.

If I act one way but my presence expresses another, I immediately become less trustable to others. When who I am being matches what I am saying and doing, I immediately become more trustable to others.

Leadership is less about the tactics of how to speak to people and more about entrainment. Meaning, who I am being as a leader, is what people follow, respond to and are inspired by.
