The Candor & Coherence Proces
Step 1 – inquire
Conversation of Candor
We will have an enlivening and authentic conversation about your vision and your needs. We will illuminate the friction points in your leadership and culture. This initial conversation starts with candor to lead to the coherence you desire. The more honest you can be with yourself and with us, the more efficiently and effectively you can move from the problems you are facing to the solutions you desire. After this initial conversation, if it is a mutually aligned fit, we will design a scope of work in Phase 1.
Step 2 – implement
Catalyzing and Empowering the CEO and Key Leaders
Each organization is unique. Beginning with the CEO and key leader’s development and coherence is the focus of Phase 1. We will offer structured and emergent 1:1 leadership coaching and in some cases, the facilitation of candor and coherence relationally with the senior leaders in the company. The primary focus is to embody or “be” the change you want to see and from there begin to slowly introduce new ways of doing business with your team that actively apply what you are learning and evolving individually.
Step 3 – Innovate
Assessing Progress & Determining Next Aligned Steps
After Phase 1, we will assess together if it is ripe to start to engage more members of the senior team through Phase 2 that focuses on actively building a culture of candor and coherence. From here, we will allow the inspiration and readiness of the team to determine the depth and scope of next levels of engagement and support.
